WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER POLICIES?
Our order policies are simple. Orders are closed 48 hours before delivery date. There is a six pack order minimum! For the next available pickup/delivery date or to place your order by phone, please call us at 915 204 1713.
We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours from the delivery/pickup date, no refunds will be given.
If an order is placed and paid for but not picked up, no refunds are given. This is due to our zero-waste policy.
WHAT IS YOUR 'ZERO-WASTE' POLICY?
Our Zero-Waste Policy means that we juice everything we buy. Since we juice to order, cancellations are highly inconvenient for us.
Our Zero-Waste Policy also means that your juices are made with minimal waste. All pulp, rinds, and other compostable waste is given to local farms for use as chicken feed and composting.
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A 3-DAY MINIMUM ON ALL YOUR CLEANSES?
While the effects of a single juice consumed on any given day are highly beneficial, we want to be sure that you feel your best after completing a Mom's Fresh Juice cleanse. For this reason, we recommend a 3-day minimum for all cleanses. This way, your body starts to manifest positive effects as a result of the cleanse.
For example, our lightest cleanse, the Mini Fresh Cleanse, offers two drinks per day. While it may not seem like it would encourage a cleansing effect in one day, its gradual effects over the course of at least three days are significant. You will notice clearer skin, improved digestion, reduced cravings, less bloating, etc.
